No Smoking? Our first room smelled like an ashtray. Went to the front desk and they moved us to another room. The molding came off the wall with just a light bump. We pressed it back up - but I am sure it will come off again. The breakfast - was barely there - disappointment for sure. The noise in the lobby and front of the hotel due to a group staying there was handled the best that they could. Overall the stay was not bad - minor issues.

Our reservations was booked thru Hotel.com which offered late check-out. We checked in on Friday.11/11 Saturday evening prior to leaving for an event we spoke to the gentlemen at the front desk to confirm late checkout and what time would it be. He stated he will document it in each of our rooms. He did state that late checkout is for 12pm and he couldn't guarantee anything after that. At 11:10 am, there was a loud bang on the door. Not Bad but Certainly Not the Best The room was a bit dirty. Several unwashed cups from a previous guest were still in the room. Refrigerator door handle was dirty.

Called to the front desk to confirm when check out was and to find out what the current time was (both clocks in the room had different times on them) - questions were answered in a very unprofessional way.

Comfortable for the price Stayed during a convention. Room was clean and comfortable. Access to stores and restaurants close by.

No wi-fi Nice staff, but wi-fi wasn't working. Also, the toilet seat clogged too easily, forcing us to rough it up (if you know what I mean). Vending machine was protected by a door, which you could open with your room key only. I learned that the hard way. Room had a mini kitchen, which is good if you plan to stay one week or more, which was not our case. "Continental" breakfast consisted of coffee, muffin and cereal bars. And that was it.
