Convenient but smelly While this hotel was convenient don't expect non-smoking rooms. They have many workers staying here and they all seem to smoke outside the building, in the smoking rooms, etc, so it smells like smoke everywhere. The beds are also uncomfortable so more than one night would be hard.

Will not stay there again Terrible bed and pillows. VERY small bathrooms, no shampoo or hairdryer. Horrible towels and the whole place smelled like smoke!!!! Supposed to be non-smoking!!! If we could have found another room we would have checked out after the first night.

Dump in Baton Rouge Besides losing my reservation and then giving me a Smoking room that was awful, we could not stay. This place is a DUMP and I would not recommend my worst enemy stay here. I would not stay here if they offer me a month FREE.

Depressed in Baton Rouge The facility was in a nice area, but it was very BLAH. When you turned off the light, the outside light from the hallway oured around the door frame. The clerk was not to be found and it was hard to get him to answer the phone. Plus, the place had a sour chemical smell. I have stayed at the Extended Stay in Secaucus, New Jersey and it was much better.

HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!!!! This is the worst hotel I have ever been in. Front Desk is NOT 24/7..you get a answering service. The bed is uncomfortable, the pillows are flat, the TV is about 16 inches. There is no breakfast. Every employee is rude. The room stunk so bad we left. There is NO customer service or satisfaction at all there. Do not waste your time or money.
