Avoid this CHEAP joint!!! I travel about 6 months per year and this was one of my most disappointing stays in the past 12 months. The room had no trash can, breakfast was a cup of coffee and a breakfast bar in its wrapper. The elevator had many of the plastic lamp covers missing or damaged and one of the elevators creaked and bounced every time it moved! The staff I interacted with was indifferent! Room smelled like smoke No face towels in the room Sheets had spots on them
I just want to tell you all I will never use hotel.com ever again! I went to check in at 2am I even told them I would be late I was coming from out of town and they were fully booked and did not have a room for me when I booked my reservations almost week in advance.
A little disappointing This hotel was in a great location, the room was very quiet and a nice size, but it was not clean at all. It was actually pretty nasty. The front desk lady was very nice.
Scary Stay! HORRIBLE!!!! They room looked as if it had not been cleaned in months...ring around the toilet, hairs in the tub, and I actually found a BUG in my bed!
Although there is a kitchen, they inform you upon arrival that the kitchen is empty and if you want any of the items (coffee maker, dishes,pots and pans, silverware) you have to request it. Also, they will not clean your room everyday or replace towels and toilet paper unless you pay an extra $10. If you choose not to pay that they will only replace towels if you bring your dirty towels to the front desk. What a hassle.
Don't stay here unless you have no other option The service here was slow and disappointing. The whole hotel is pretty sad. I'd avoid it at all costs in the future - and I'll be sure never to book with the chain again.
Very dirty. Hair in bathroom, used cigarettes in elevator. Front desk called our room to check on us...however, it was after 9:30 pm and we were all asleep including my 7 year old daughter. Very dirty overall. Breakfast was just packaged granola bars and muffins.

Girls trip My room was supposed to be non-smoking and it smelled of smoke. All of our clothes smelled like smoke. The room I booked was a queen bed and I had a double. No hair dryer in the room.
