Good location for our needs The hotel staff was very accommodating, but we found the hotel generally mediocre. The room was fairly comfortable, but the kitchen area was too small for our needs and the kitchen items available for our use were very limited. The worst thing I can say is that the room was supposed to be non-smoking, but there was a lingering smoky odor that permeated the entire room.
run don't walk from here! I booked based on the reviews and closeness to my destination. I was concerned when I arrived and there was a large man just slowly driving around the parking lot made three laps before I even went inside. As there was ample parking I do not think he was in search of a spot. The desk was unatended and no phone to call. Reaked of cigarette smoke, dingy walls and stained and soiled this was the lobby. Room is small, smells bad, and has low ceilings. I will never go back. Didn't even stay moved to another hotel.

Not the best There were no kitchen utensils nor glasses or cups. We had to request toilet tissue. Hallways were not vacuumed. Person at desk was alone and hotel was booked to capacity.

Shortened my stay...... Needed a clean room while passing through BR. The staff upon checking was overworked when i arrived so i felt less than welcomed when checkin was complete. I get the sense that this motel like many along the i-10 corridor are being used for mor than they appear.......

Not really a HOTEL Wasn't a very clean place, had to take your own towels down to have them replaced with clean ones, no safe in the room (even though there was a sign on the door stating it was the law to have one in each room) no phone in the rooms. Biggest issue was the cleanliness... I really didn't want to walk without shoes on let alone alone sleep in the bed, and there was a smokey gross smell throughout the whole place.
Surprisingly sparse Compared to most other hotels in this price range, too many shortcomings. Specifically, no maid service; disappointing breakfast, no amenities to speak of. So know that this is a bare bones, extended stay hotel and could work for you if you plan to do everything for yourself. Staff was nice enough but not the place if staying for a few nights and expecting minimum services - you won't get it.
Not happy My room was ok at first but when I turn the cover back I was very dis please the linen were dirty on both bed the bath tub and face bowl were dirty so I said I know the comole was dirty . I call the front dead they ce and look saw every I saw and took picture . I was moved to another room but I still felt dirty because we had use a dirty badroom behind God know who . So they said the would see me outa night free but I fell Ilike a refuned for use and seating in a dirty room
not what i expected The place was fine to stay a night, but would never stay an extended period
