Bugs in the beds!!! When we arrived the receptionist was nice during the check in process. However once we checked in and went to bed things started to change. I woke up out of my sleep to see little bugs crawling up the walls and on the bed! I went to call the receptionist and the phone in the room was just placed there for looks and was not connected anywhere. The tub needed to be cleaned as well as the refrigerator. They would not let me check in over the phone as I was going to LSU game and knew I would be late arriving. They said they were overbooked and could not promise me I would have a room.

The property served our needs to stay one night. However much disrepair. Old non patched up holes on the walls, broken handles on stairwell and both elevators out of order. Felt bad for young lady at the desk because she has to put up with no satisfied customers. Owners should take better care of their property so desk person doesn’t have to put up with that.
