The room I wanted was perfect.
Wonderful Staff, No COVID Coffee Very nice and helpful staff. Room was very clean. Just a few spots of damage to bedroom walls in 225. Coffee and breakfast were not available due to COVID conditions. It really would have been good to have some coffee available, perhaps with hand sanitizer next to the machine/pots.
Random fighting, roaches. Nobody at front desk from 11pm- 7am
Check in was very slow. Cleanliness was just ok. Live roaches found in room. Pet down the hall was very loud.
