The non-smoking room I requested, which had a non-smoking sign posted on the wall beside the door, reeked of cigarette smoke. The kitchenette cabinets were aged- some of the cabinet doors didn’t hang completely straight as if the hinges needed to be tightened, the appliances needed to be replaced as the white finish was dulled to silver where many hands had touched them, and the carpet had stains. Also there were ice trays in the freezer you had to fill....but no ice or vending machines on the floors for persons just checkin... read more

NIGHT AUDIT ATTITUDE CONTROL Cactus (Overnight Audit Lady) who was "working" the front desk was very rude and abrasive. On two separate occasions she in the same night she had the worst attitude cutting me off and chastising me for mispronouncing her name. I felt demeaned and belittled rather than feeling appreciated and welcone.

This place is adequate but showing its age. The room was clean, but the bed was tilted so much I had to sleep with head at foot of bed. My alarm clock belonged in the dump. I recommend this as a cheap place to stay if you don't expect too much.

No ice machine is the only thing I can say that was a down fall.
