Decent hotel. The customer service was TERRIBLE! We had to wait 10 minutes for someone to open the door. Then the front desk clerk was extremely unprofessional. The room was ok!

The staff was helpful & professional. The guest hallways smelled like a nursing home. Hopefully, the carpet will be cleaned and that should helped the odor.

Great value Good, clean, inexpensive hotel in a great area. Exterior door didnt work with key card.

The non-smoking room I requested, which had a non-smoking sign posted on the wall beside the door, reeked of cigarette smoke. The kitchenette cabinets were aged- some of the cabinet doors didn’t hang completely straight as if the hinges needed to be tightened, the appliances needed to be replaced as the white finish was dulled to silver where many hands had touched them, and the carpet had stains. Also there were ice trays in the freezer you had to fill....but no ice or vending machines on the floors for persons just checkin... read more
