The staff was helpful & professional. The guest hallways smelled like a nursing home. Hopefully, the carpet will be cleaned and that should helped the odor.
Great value Good, clean, inexpensive hotel in a great area. Exterior door didnt work with key card.
The non-smoking room I requested, which had a non-smoking sign posted on the wall beside the door, reeked of cigarette smoke. The kitchenette cabinets were aged- some of the cabinet doors didn’t hang completely straight as if the hinges needed to be tightened, the appliances needed to be replaced as the white finish was dulled to silver where many hands had touched them, and the carpet had stains. The hotel staff was fantastic! They were very friendly and went above and beyond on customer service.
NIGHT AUDIT ATTITUDE CONTROL Cactus (Overnight Audit Lady) who was "working" the front desk was very rude and abrasive. On two separate occasions she in the same night she had the worst attitude cutting me off and chastising me for mispronouncing her name. I felt demeaned and belittled rather than feeling appreciated and welcone.
