Best sleep ever! Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room was very nice and the bed was comfortable I stayed until the last minute.

The assistant general manager Danyell Joubert was excellent. She was very friendly and helpful. Especially when asked about local events. I will definitely stay at any one of these chains if the service continues like that

Overall a decent place to stay Hotel was decent. Clean but kind of old. Had a funny smell to me. Desk clerk and other guests were super nice. Area of town seemed safe

Would stay again First room on 3rd floor made attempt to go into bathroom and door handle came off in my hand. Receptionist was extremely apologetic and changed my room to 2nd floor. 2nd Room could use a general cleaning. e.g. Dusting, thorough vacuuming. Hair was left in bathroom. Refrigerator section never got cold from Thursday - Saturday.

Affordable hotel, poor upkeep. The staff here is nice and considerate. But the hotel is not maintained very well, perhaps due to the low pricing? The elevator is rusty, and makes awful grinding and screeching noises. It could really use some maintenance. The hallway smells a bit musty, like they have not steam cleaned the carpets in quite a while. The shower curtain is of questionable quality, no plastic lining, and small spots of mold.
