Florida trip The hotel is in a nice and quiet area and is 22 miles from the Florida Lauderdale airport. Con's: there is no elevator so you have to take the stairs to the room. Pros: a small continental breakfast is offered.

Nice hotel for a good rate in Boca Raton Hotel is in a business district. All shopping or restaurants are in driving distances... nothing close to walk to. The hotel boasts a smoke free environment. I took the best of the 3 rooms available but the cigarette smoke smell is quite prevalent.... The hotel staff was great and helped as much as they could ... since it wasn't them that smoked in the rooms, I don't hold them accountable.

Overpriced but in today's market It was an overnight stay,on a business trip, room was clean and appeared to have been updated. Least expensive in the Delray beach area. They cater to long term business, with full kitchen, you will have to ask for utensils at the check in desk. Don't expect a big breakfast, less than continental. Overall it served my needs well.

Overnight stay Overall, it was a good experience. The initial bed feel was too hard, but I got used to it and had a restful sleep. One small item: the bath soap packaging is too tough to open by hand & I didn't have scissors or a knife. Fortunately I had a partial bar of soap in my travel bag.

Nice stay I had a good stay at the hotel. It is in an odd location but was very quiet which I liked. I was able to sleep well. I found a couple of ants crawling in the bathroom. The room was clean and comfy. The lady at the checkout desk was friendly and was quick during check in and check out. Wi Fi was good. I did not like I had to buzz to get into the lobby. Maybe it is for security reason but I found it very annoying.

Clean, Air conditioners always make too much noise, but clean and safe feeling hotel, conveniently located.

Clean room/hotel but lacks... The king bed was not comfortable at all. Clean room and nice hotel from the outside. The fridge made a noise when it was on so had to be turned off at night to sleep. Had to ask or toilet paper from desk as there were none. This hotel should be a little better for the price but lacks in some areas.

lack of comfort You might want to bring with you few things : 1. Clean or plastic (preferred) dishes. They can give you dishes but they are not really clean. Besides you need also dishes shampoo and a cleaner sponge. 2. A shower shampoo and a soap. They provide you a tiny shampoo tube with an archaic hard soap. The room I got was supposed to be a non smoking one , but the smell of cigarettes was there all the same.
