you feel like you are in a apt complex. i like it Service is not that good .. But suite is awesome.. You don't even feel like you are in a hotel.. Very comfy
Nice hotel with lake view. The hotel was very neat and clean. It was equipped with everything we needed. I was able to make a great breakfast every morning. It was very easy to find. It was a nice quiet area. It was close to beaches, shops, and restaurants. We were here to spend Thanksgiving with our daughter who lived 15 minutes away. It was very convenient. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
Expecting better I was disappointed with my room. it felt old and had weird layout with the dresser and tv to the right of the bed, so difficult to watch. The "closet" had no sliding door. It had been replaced by a sliding curtain. Mattress was very old as well. They don't provide kitchen amenities in the room anymore, you have to call and get them from the front desk only during business hours. The service from the front desk was good and cordial. Location was OK.
Large and okay, could be cleaner This hotel is in a business park, it did have a nice lake out back, which my room faced however the room smelled 'Florida musty' That mix of hot/humid weather and a/c that needs to be cleaned out really well and wasn't... The room itself was large however the entire thing could use a better cleaning, the kitchen island was sticky and there was something on the back kitchen counter as well. Ok Hotel, not a place for Breakfast The breakfast is misleading. We showed up and you get a muffin and a old piece of fruit. The coffee was out. So if you are interested in a place with a breakfast this is not your place!
