Excellent Staff Clean, quiet, great staff, close to downtown - I would highly recommend this hotel
Boise Trip Extended Stay Overall the stay was ok, although I would not stay there again.
A pleasant surprise Was not expecting much for the price I was quoted, but took Expedia's advice and booked it anyway as the sales man highly recommended it. The late night clerk was very nice and pro active. Upon entering the room, I found it to be clean, quite, and included a kitchenette. My 3 night stay was great with no noise interruptions of any sort. Will be staying at other Extended Stay America hotels whenever it is an option during my travels.

The room did not have a coffee maker, we had to go to the front desk and ask for one. We also asked for an ice bucket and were told there was no ice machine, but we could make our own in the trays in the freezer. We did not want to wait hours for ice. The phone didn’t work to call the front desk. Our room was nice and clean, but I would not recommend this hotel for a one night stay!

room has constant humming noise from an air vent in ceiling. Hard to sleep

Room was a little out dated. People above us could be heard every time they walked around in there room.
