Nice and clean
Though the staff did a great job, the hotel needs a big renovation project. Some of the towels had stains that evidentially didn’t come out when they washed them but put them in the room anyways. The first room I was assigned had a broken recliner so they graciously assigned me another room. Also I chose the hotel because the said free breakfast but all they had was coffee and a selection of Crème of wheat. That’s all! I had to find a place for breakfast. Room was clean but no frills. Front desk staff where accommodating. I was originally put next to a room with pet and asked for a different room. Which was changed immediately. Parking was sufficient given the hotel is on a hill. Breakfast was limited but the coffee was decent. My only complaint is a staff the morning I was checking out. The person loudly was talking on the personal phone call about a person threatening to harm them and that they were going to reciprocate. Overall good experience. It’s worth it for the price. Good location to stay between Boston and Providence which was our goal. My only suggestion would be to Not advertise free breakfast, more like free Coffee and Quaker Oats only.

For the price, it was expensive then holding a $107 fee for incidentals? What incidentals, there were none. Worn out hotel and staff that didn’t want to be there. God forbid you ask for a receipt… will not be returning, yeck…
