Had to listen to a dog barking This was my second time at this hotel. I was very disappointed having to listen to a dog barking in a nearby room all night and morning
Great Stay Super friendly, clean room - and windows that actually open!
It was ok I talked with the front desk and said I will be done at 11:30 they told me I wouldn't get charged extra then when I gave my key the lady tells me I will get charged for a half of day but I thought a half of day is 12noon
New Year's Eve Great hotel not too far of a cab ride from the Quincy Adams T-stop. Full kitchenette. It was good value because we were able to use promotions to significantly reduce the cost. Would be a great place for extended stay! Very clean, quiet, helpful staff.
Bare Bones This is a bare bones place to stay. The suite is not equipped with anything-you need to request even the coffee maker. And plan on lugging the bins if stuff to your room when you request it! Unless you really need a home for a while, and don't care that it is not fully furnished, this is not the place for you! The staff can also tend to be not-so-helpful! I was fortunate on this stay to have a new guy at the desk who was willing to help me carry the kitchen essentials to my room.
Central to every family member ESH provided a base for all our family visits, as well as shopping and dining availability. When we didn't feel like eating out...the kitchenette provided us with a way to cook and enjoy our own meals. A large shopping Mall across the highway proved SO handy and useful!
They overbooked the hotel. We had reservations about 3-4 weeks ahead of time, but when we arrived late at night, we still had to wait about 1/2 hour until they found us a room. Then on top of that, it was not clean--the toilet had not been cleaned from the previous guest.
