THE HALLWAYS WERE DIRTY WITH TRASH AND THE TV REMOTES DONT WORK .. BREAKFAST WAS JUST A HOT INSTANT OATMEAL ... YOU HAVE TO ASK FOR THE essential ITEM YOU MIGHT NEED IN YOUR ROOM AT THE FRONT DESK WHICH IS inconvenient

I chose this hotel because I had great experiences in the past. Reception was swift, but not private. She announced my room number when she gave me my key. Windows in room were open and easily accessible to anyone outside; hair was found in the bathtub (I always clean any room I stay in because it is never really clean); paint in shower appeared to be melting and falling off the wall. The pictures from hotels website can’t compare to the actual rooms. Broken desk (unsafe to have on the room), dirty bedsheets, had to call front desk for clean sheets, noisy, hallways walls had white patching all over.

Just as we checked in, four police officers appeared and a man in handcuffs was taken out of the property. I guess you can say that police presence was positive, but when a place has a dedicated parking spot for police by the front door, that's a clue that there are problems. The place was shabby and needs some love. Some white dust in our room, possibly construction dust. Had to slam the door for it to close properly.
