The lady at the front desk over charged me even though I bought the room… very upset and will never come back here ever again. Felt very unsafe where there is a group of older men drinking alcohol in the lobby and as a 24 year old women I am scared for my life.
The first room i checked into had a broken tv so they moved me into another room with a hirrible veiw and did nothing to compinsate me on the prices or the deposit

Front desk lady was really rude and racist. EXPEDIA its great and has a great customer services, but the hotel doesnt. They should teach a little empathy. Never choosing this hotel again.
Late Refund/Lack Of Professionalism I recently stayed at this hotel and had a very disappointing experience. They advertised breakfast, but it turned out to be just candy, chocolate, and light coffee—not what we expected at all. Additionally, we were charged a $100 fee, which they promised to refund. It's been two months, and we still haven't received our money back. No customer service. Staff on personal phone call and made us wait 20 mins before helping us check in.
