Horrible experience. Front desk unable to quote rate. Furniture stained. Alarm off wall. Refrigerator beat up and warm. Floors dirty. Air conditioner makes loud noises every 15 minutes entire evening. Breakfast is a snack bar.

BEWARE! Do not stay at this property! The room was filthy. The rug was covered in visible stains, there were what appeared to be blood stains on the sofa bed, bugs in the bathroom, the room smelled of smoke (for a non-smoking room), and the staff were rude. We walked into the room, took photos, went to the front desk to request another room and we were told there were no options. I think it would be nicer to stay in a crack house The room was disgusting large stains on the couch the rug had stains all over it i was scared to walk or sit on the couch the bathroom counter top had all cigarette burns in it we could not even sleep there it was so disgusting we left early could not be there the room should be completely redone and even the carpet in the hallways are all stained ,who can i call to see about a refund

Property was clean and safe but be careful.on renting room. We booked one room and got a different one..also the free continental breakfast is coffee and a nutragrain bar

False promise of protection from Hotels.com completely filthy with bugs as well. asked for a refund, you people said the hotel said no and you did not refund me either. this is why i deleted your app

My family and I checked in late at night and the lobby was clean and had a pleasant odor. I wish I could say the same for the room when we walked in. The room smelled musty and the foul odor from the hallway was seeping into our room. Thankfully my wife had packed cleaning supplies for our 2 week long trip. The countertops were filthy, the curtains in the room smelled like mildew. My wife and I cleaned the bathrooms and kitchen area and the cleaning wipes had black residue on them. Drug needle under the mattress Room was filthy. I took pictures of it as we walked in. Stains all over the carpet and couch. Cigarette or drug burns o. The counter. The toilet seat didn't fit the toilet bowl. The whole room smelled of urine, it's the carpet , like an animal had urinated and it was never cleaned. Door locks didn't work have the time.
