We showed up and 4 cops. Room smelled like smoke with a barking dog across the hall. They switched us to a dirty room. Garbage, dirty bed.

The front desk staff is friendly and super helpful! Available and Happy to get whatever was needed! Otherwise property was just quite old and somewhat run down.

I paid over $300 for one night here. The room has water all over the floor under the cooling unit that we had to clean up. There were 3 of us; my husband, my daughter, and myself. We had a queen bed and pull out sofa as requested but there was no bedding for the pull out sofa and the staining on the pull out forces us to have her sleep with us (she's 11 and over 5 feet tall so this was very uncomfortable).
