Hotel in desperate need of renovating! This property is very dated. It needs new carpet, paint, furniture. We had stains in the sofa so we didn’t even sit on it. There was a kitchenette, but you had to ask for a coffeemaker, etc. Not even dish soap provided. The bar of hand soap fell apart when we opened it. The staff was very friendly, but I wouldn’t stay here again. They didn’t even have an ice machine, you had to make it yourself. There was no 24 hour water or coffee station. We arrived late due to a flight delay. We got to the lobby at 7a. There was nobody at the front desk. There was someone in the lobby who said she had been waiting for 30 mintes..I even called the custo.er service umber and they were unable to reach anyone as well. When someone did so yp we were able to get in out rooms which were nice.

Dirty mattress on pull out bed. Not even a plastic cup. One little bar of soap on the sink.

Not recommended at all The cleanliness was horrible. The contion of the furniture, sheets, the stove, counter tops was deplorable. Not a family friendly environment overall. I was very disappointed with my stay.

Unbearable moldy scent This place was terrible. The 2nd floor hallway carpets smelled of mold so bad we could barely breathe. The whole place needs renovated and cleaned.

Below expectations Hallways were dirty andnsmelled like stale pot smoke. Fridge in unit was covered in surface rust like it came from a garage. Had an ironing board but no iron. Had a kitchen but no untensils, no pots, no glasses, no plates or bowls. Nothing! Kitchen was therefore useless. On the plus side, the unit was quiet.

Website advertises a variety of continental breakfast which was not available. The signs in the building do not lead to where the arrows point. There was banging and furniture moving throughout entire night and there was no staff available to stop the noise. Shower curtains were stained and ripped. There wholes in the walls and the bedroom door.
