We got what sought. An inexpensive one bedroom suite with a mini kitchen, close enough to Boston and Salem. Free parking and friendly staff. The property desperately needs renovations and repairs. The heater/air conditioner unit was impossible to control. The linens were thin and scratchy. The furniture showed years of wear and tear. No exhaust fan in the bathroom. Very limited offerings for breakfast (packaged muffins, instant oatmeal packets, granola bars) still COVID quarantine conditions.

Stains, rat traps & dirt The service was amazing & friendly. The room was gross. In the bathroom there was a rat trap and dirt on the floor. The bed skirt had a nasty stain on it that hadn’t been washed. The bathroom door was a sliding one & the lock was broke. The pull out sofa bed didn’t have any sheets or pillows to go with it. The bed only had 3 flat pillows instead of the normal 4 you would find in most hotels. The room looked like it was stuck in the 70’s from the set up. When I arrived the internet was down so I couldn’t check in! Then when we got to the room there was no heat!

An okay stay The room was okay for the price. During the night there was an awful smell, coming from the bathroom drains. My 9 year old was sleeping so I didn’t complain until check out. Breakfast was oatmeal and granola bars. Coffee, tea and cocoa.

Not a fan Check in was fine, everything else not so much. There was no coffee maker, no soap or hair products. The room was huge but no couch or any other place to sit but a chair or the bed. Not much of a complimentary breakfast. Lucky there was 1 cup of coffee left before I left. If they're all like this then I won't pick those to stay at

The room was extremely outdated and smelled as soon as we walked in. The toilet paper was clearly used and not replaced from the guest before. There were missing cabinets in the kitchen and we only got 3 very flat pillows to sleep on for 2 people (we got in late and didn't feel like waiting for more to get sent to the room). We could have stayed in Boston at a nicer hotel for about $50 more and it would have been way worth it.

Spend your money elsewhere Room was clean but significantly run down. I have definitely stayed in better rooms for considerably less. Mattress on sofa bed looked like something from a horror movie. Had to wait for sheets and pillows. When asking for pillows we were given 1 and told that was all they had. Had problems getting into room which smelled heavily of dogs. Will not stay again.

Spend the extra money on a better hotel Bad odor in the room. Someone attempted to enter the room at night while we were sleeping.
