The room itself was outdated. The AC/heating unit was very loud. Otherwise, it was pleasant and clean.
Quiet, clean rooms in a central location at a "reasonable" price.

We stayed for one night to have some extra time in Salem over the weekend. It was a great stay no problems at all, the place could use some upgrades especially to the carpets other than that we enjoyed our stay and bonus it was per friendly!
Not bad (could use some updates) but not a single ice machine on the property. Seems like not a big deal unless your traveling & need ice! lol

This was to be a smoke-free room, but the room had a constant stale cigarette smoke smell which was especially strong in the bathroom. The complimentary breakfast was not much, and one of the mornings the coffee was made in the (clearly labeled) "HOT WATER" caraffe.

Desk staff very friendly and efficient. Quiet hotel. Hallways could have used a vacuum as corners had dirt and debris.
