The staff was polite and helpful. The kitchenette was convenient, the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom counter was very spacious. There was a room close to ours with a sign that said "pets inside" which wouldn't have bothered me but on the third night, we found a couple fleas in our room, and the next night even more. There were also some crumbs on the leather couch that we noticed when we first arrived into the room, so not sure how clean everything really was either.

The room itself was outdated. The AC/heating unit was very loud. Otherwise, it was pleasant and clean.
Quiet, clean rooms in a central location at a "reasonable" price.

We stayed for one night to have some extra time in Salem over the weekend. It was a great stay no problems at all, the place could use some upgrades especially to the carpets other than that we enjoyed our stay and bonus it was per friendly!
