Disappointed I have stayed many times in extended stay hotels while on business trips. This was my first while on a pleasure trip. This hotel ranks at the bottom of the list of places to stay. While clean, it was far from spotless and shabby in places. And the cost cutting they have implemented was not good. A kitchen with no paper towels?? No spare roll of toilet paper? A continental breakfast that has nothing by 9:00am? No continental breakfast on the weekends? Try another chain if you plan on staying in an extended hotel ... read more
Okay for a short stay. Out of the way location--hard time locating it. Hotel on the "old" side - old carpet and floors. Bathroom has "pocket door" so no hooks on back. Not enough hangers in closet. No coffee filters for coffee maker - and of course, no coffee. No ice container for icemaker and no ice - reported first day - never attended to. Rooms are only serviced ONCE A WEEK! No shampoo or other amenities in bathroom - only soap. No dish soap either! Pleasant staff. Sufficient parking. Indoor pool.
