Yuck.....I would not recommend it The hotel is located on a dead end of an Industrial Park so it was quiet which is always a bonus for me. It was an easy 15 minute ride to Salem, where we had a great time. Coming back to the room, a different story, not a very nice place, the walls in the hallway were dirty, the room we stayed in smelled funny, the cabinets were chipped as was the toilet seat, the paint job was sloppy, paint dripped and sloppily applied, the kitchen had few amenities, no paper towels, no large bowls, no dish... read more

Room seemed clean and staff was nice, but the beds were terribly hard and uncomfortable, there was a bright light from the parking lot right outside the window, and we were woken up by hallway noise in the middle of the night. We were trying to save $30 by not staying in a bigger name hotel and we'll never do that again!

Wedding accomodation Attended a wedding in the local area and stayed at this hotel. Common areas are dirty, stained and did not appear to have daily maintence. Room was adequate for our needs, but the mattress was the hardest we have ever encountered. The staff was very accomodating when we complained, but could not put us in another room with a better mattress. Peabody, Ma. The carpets in the hallway were very dirty, and the room had a funny odor and felt stuffy. The continental breakfast was a good plus.

Needs Updating and Cleaning I was so disappointed in our room. It was as though it had not been cleaned before we got there. Almost all of the dishes had been left in the dishwasher - dirty. There was leftover food in the fridge from the previous occupants. There was an 8 inch hole in the carpet under one of the beds. I would never stay here again - the smell of smoke in the hallways, the tired facility all make it the worst place I have stayed in a long time.

Save yourself the trouble DO NOT STAY HERE In over 35 years of travel, this is the worst stay I have ever experienced, and we had 3 rooms for 3 days. First impression was over 400 cigarette butts in the two large ash trays just outside the door. Had the ability to see what was done at the hotel over my three day stay - NOTHING, no vacuuming, no cleaning, the hotel hallways smelled from smoke, and mildew.
