Homestead Peabody MA This hotel was very poorly maintained. The halls had visible dust and cobwebs. The room had badly stained furniture and was showing wear. The vanity in the bathroom was very chipped and showing wear. The carpet was wrinkled and stained. I also stepped in a large wet spot with my socks on! If it wasn't 10:30 pm I would have left in search of a different place to stay. The continental breakfast was very weak compared to others I've seen. " its not paradise" The staff was very rude, it was like you were inconviencing them when checking in and out. The hotel beds had stains down the sides and cigarette burns in the blankets. Their were also stains on the furniture and the room smelled like smoke. We were right next to the 128 and it was extremely noisy in the mornings. The last straw was when the toilet hissed every three minutes and the heater hummed louder than my car!!!! Do not recommend this hotel!!!

Dirty, moldy, YUCK. First off, I'm a guy. I usually don't notice or care if things are a little dirty. But this place was some thing else. BIG mold spots on ceiling tiles (in corridors), hair on sheets AND towels, stains on everything that can be stained. The clerks were fine, the breakfast was OK, but my room was NASTY.

Will not recommend The staff was very rude, they lied about having a continental breakfast,and the environment was not at all welcoming. Rooms and furniture were damaged and unkept. I will be traveling to Boston frequently and I never plan to stay here again.

Homestead Suites/Peabody Ma This hotel was the filthy. The worst place i've stayed. I suggest you not book there for any reason.

Decent, but no It started off great, smooth check-in and a nice room, but then we couldn't connect to the internet and one of our phones did not work when we went to call tech support. Then, the net in our wing of the hotel went down completely because someone ruined the router. I have to say though, they did move us to another room so we could have internet access, although in that room the fan that blew the cool air from the main area to the bedroom was not working, and so was the plug in the sink.
