We are used to extended stay rooms that have all the essentials Our room was empty and we had to actually request a coffee maker. That’s a standard amenity so can’t believe there wasn’t one in the room We requested decaf and could not get that for our room. Breakfast was listed as included but all we saw was coffee and a few prepackaged pastries

Nice, but not what I expected. My husband & I planned a weekend back home to visit some family, friends & spend time in the areas we miss about New England. We picked this hotel for the location &, since we have stayed at another Extended Stay in the Danvers area, & w/this being a newer hotel (we believed) we thought it was worth a try. On the Road Again Not my first time staying at this hotel. They did a good job remodeled this old hotel. The decor is modern and clean. Much more comfortable than before. The only complaint is no housekeeping staff after 3PM. The fire alarm went off periodically due to low battery. Called the front desk and she can't change the battery until the next day so I just took out the battery instead. The ironing board was in pieces literally. When they say breakfast is included they mean two kinds of miniature muffins or 6 different kinds of granola bars. Even that they take away at 9am! The are no dishes in the kitchen as our website said the would be.

Not sure I understood what an "extended stay" facility was. No daily maid service, have to pay extra. No restaurant, no place close to walk to, such as restaurants, or shopping. I was only there for 4 nights and 3 days, but most people there were there for weeks or months (it is perfect for that).
