A few items missing in room when we checked in and a previous guest’s shampoo under the sofa

The rooms were not well cleaned. Very worn. All the drawers and cabinets were grungy. I wouldn’t put anything in there. The inside of the dishwasher was gross and when I opened it up the whole thing started to fall out of the wall. The headboards had some kind of splatters on them (cringe) and someone else’s eyeshadow palette was on the floor. Front desk personal not very friendly. Beds are not comfortable. The bathroom door did not lock it was broken. The place didn’t smell good it reminded of a nursing home. Luckily we only stayed about 12 hours total.

We are used to extended stay rooms that have all the essentials Our room was empty and we had to actually request a coffee maker. That’s a standard amenity so can’t believe there wasn’t one in the room We requested decaf and could not get that for our room. Breakfast was listed as included but all we saw was coffee and a few prepackaged pastries

Nice, but not what I expected. My husband & I planned a weekend back home to visit some family, friends & spend time in the areas we miss about New England. We picked this hotel for the location &, since we have stayed at another Extended Stay in the Danvers area, & w/this being a newer hotel (we believed) we thought it was worth a try. We had issues with the room keys, we could only use for the room, the outside doors wouldn't work, one night the main door was locked, our key wouldn't work then either & we couldn't get in h... read more

Staff was very nice. Beds were very uncomfortable and breakfast was poor.

On the Road Again Not my first time staying at this hotel. They did a good job remodeled this old hotel. The decor is modern and clean. Much more comfortable than before. The only complaint is no housekeeping staff after 3PM. The fire alarm went off periodically due to low battery. Called the front desk and she can't change the battery until the next day so I just took out the battery instead. The ironing board was in pieces literally. Housekeeping probably didn't bother to check. The door of the room has stains on it. These... read more
