Staff were nice. Room was ok. Could have been cleaner. Bed sank in the middle.

Check in was a process. I walked in when all the staff must have been on break at the same time as they were all in the dining room eating, including the front desk person. Waited for about 5 minutes in an empty lobby before I was acknowledged by the attendant. When asked, I stated I wanted to check in. Attendant abruptly told me check in wasn’t until 3 pm. So so in Peabody Property is a little remote, had to work harder to find places to eat. We did find it strange that there was no ice maker on the property.

Bed very uncomfortable I do not like that cooking and eating utensils are not already in the room.upon my arrival. Bed was very uncomfortable. I ended up with a terrible back ache.

room was clean except for open milk left in re fridge and food left in cabinet
