Family Vacation Hotel was nice and clean. Maintenance was somewhat lacking (bathroom door latch broken). Pool was comfortable. Quiet location - a bit difficult to find at first. Would stay again. Hotel employees were extremely nice. Good value.

Homestead Peabody Hotel was poorly constructed, furniture was cheap, bed was very worn,, disposl did not work. Location was ok for driving to Salem to catch train to Boston. Staff was nice

Meh... We stayed for one night (Friday to Saturday). The rooms are nice, but there was all kinds of noise above us, literally from our check-in time (4:00pm) until 10pm. Called desk and asked what was going on. She said she'd take care of it. Noise still happened, so we were moved to 111. Bed was a bit hard, and the couches are insanely UNCOMFORTABLE, even to sit on. Saturday, we went to get breakfast in the morning, and was told that breakfast is only offered Monday-Friday, so we packed up our stuff, checked out, and didn't... read more

Quiet place, could improve services. We have stayed here before and liked it. The suites provide privacy for adults and teenager, the kitchenettes allowed us to cook several meals in the room. This place is great if you want a quiet place to stay. It takes a few minutes to drive in and out of the location, which is in a business park. No maid service unless you pay extra or stay 7 nights (we stayed 6). AC was in the living room where our son slept on the couch, but no ac unit in the bedroom. Comfortable, Good location Good location in the Cape Ann area. Kitchen area and location make it a great place to stay when visiting/touring the Cape Ann area of MA

Nice, New Hotel This was a nice, new hotel. The location was on a dead end street in a area of office buildings. Not convenient for sight-seeing, but a really nice stop. The rooms were nice and clean and the breakfast was good.

Comfortable Overnight Stay Staff showed us shopping and dining areas which were close by. Great food and easy access to the Mall. Elevator door opened and closed too slowly, otherwise it was a good stopover
