Was approached by several ppl staying at the hotel asking me to rent them an apartment. Room Was not clean. Did not want to even attempt the facets. Staff was nice but will not allow you to use the restroom downstairs, so if you’re at what they call breakfast and have to use the bathroom, you have to go up to your room. Only recommend if desperate

We had two rooms. One smelled like there was 100 air fresheners in the room. Immediately got a migraine. The other room was a musky smell and when we turned on the AC the loudest squealing buzzing noise happened. We had to leave, they didn’t have other rooms available and didn’t offer any help or solutions.

We got to the hotel for check in and were told we were marked as no shows and we no longer had a room available. This was despite the fact that I called twice to let the front desk know we would be getting in late because our flight was delayed. They told me when I called that they had checked us in and our keys would be ready at the front desk. Dirty towels in kitchenette and bathroom Dirty cup on counter Badly ripped carpet between living and bedroom… Looks like nobody cares.

Nasty!!! Dirty and nasty. The room had dirty carpets, the sofa was nasty filled with stains and rips (looked liked it was picked up from someone’s trash) and the bedside table had something that looked like hot chocolate spilled down it, also on the mattress. Everything was either broken down or old.
