My kids and I just had the worst stay at your Peabody location. We arrived late on Friday night. When we arrived, we were told that we had to be walked to our room, because the key computer wasn't working correctly. We had no keys for our room and we weren't told when we could get some . When we arrived at our room, the door was already opened to the surprise of the employee. She entered the room first to see if anyone was inside. The staff was friendly but I had a problem with the room and they couldn't resolve it due to being fully booked. Bad toxic odor in the room and burning smell when turning on the light. I was able to get refund for remaing day, but nothing done for the day I had to stay.th, but nothiin

When we arrived they said we had no reservation. I showed them the email confirmation as well as their email saying they looked forward to our stay (sent a couple weeks before our stay). When I tried to speak with the front desk he kept cutting me off, said the emails did mean we had a reservation and showed zero understanding. We had to pay out of pocket for a room as it was late.

The hotel was dirty and had a terrible smell. We could not stay the 3 nights we were supposed to due to the terrible conditions

Rooms seemed run down smelled like old cigarettes, fan constantly running heater clanked when on, bed was smelly. Staff was pleasant, I asked to change rooms but other room still smelled musty. This was $160 with taxes. Definitely not worth it. Should have been under $100 kind of place.

Dont stay, dirty the room smelt as if someone died in there, there was dust caked in the corners of the floor in the hallways, the front desk gentleman was nice but this property is not worth any money. We ended up sleeping in our car rather than try and tough it out. Our expectations were very low but this location couldnt even stand up to a days in thats located in a bad area.

Stay Away! Never in a million years will I go back to this hotel. Started off by barely saying two words to us upon check in. When we went to our “room” it was already occupied. As we were returning to the front desk, we saw the clerk banging on doors and opening them up. When we walked up to her to tell her she apparently already knew and pushed open a room door and said here I guess u can have this room, come down later and I’ll give you new room keys.
