Easy access to walmart, McD etc. The parking is free and the staff were friendly.

Front desk needs some work My stay was fine however upon checking in the attendee at arrival was not very friendly. He gave us A key card with room number on it when 4 of us were checking in. Ok that's fine we can make do with one Kay card. However upon walking into the room number given to us it was occupied. Luckily no one was in the room at the time but all of there belongings we're all over the place. We quickly shut the door and left. ( Thankfully no one was in there.) Great service My family unfortunately due to certain situations ended up homeless and picked this hotel and we had no problems amazing customer service

New Building The hotel was nice & new.My only issue was was after settling in for the evening the room next door must have had smokers in it. The smell was overwhelming.Front desk moved me to different room, I slept well the bed was great. Overall had a great stay and would stay again.

This hotel is AMAZING. The staff go above and beyond for their guests. Sendaly, Chris, and Jarrod, you guys are the BEST!!!! VERY GOOD STAY HERE. I would recommend this hotel for anyone coming to or thru Boston/Saugus. Thanks for everything!!!
