Staff was friendly and attentive. But the room smelled moldy, bed was broken and when you showered it gave off a very loud whining noise. Room #305

The room was nice and cold, room was clean, the cleaning staff was very busy and very present. When we needed someone in the front desk there was never anyone there, otherwise all was fine. I would stay again considering there is a walmart next door.

I like the newness and cleanliness of the rooms. Coffee was not available until 8am out in the lobby. Although Woodsprings is surrounded by restaurants you can't gain access to them bc it sits on Interstate 1. There is no pedestrian bridge. They also failed to advise of the airport shuttle option.

Room was spacious and clean. Plenty of space for clothes. Good location. Wifi was a joke, with no upgrade option. Do not get a room, on the first floor near the entrance. I was the third room, and you could hear and feel, every time someone went through the main door into the hallway.

Room was OK. Pillows were too soft. Room keys s ometimes took forever to open locks.

Good for what we paid The hotel staff was friendly, however I didn’t really like the unannounced bug guy that came to spray in our room, while we were there. He assured us it was ok to stay there after he sprayed, but still felt a little unprofessional. As a manager, I would have done all the empty rooms first, and then call the current guests to advise or give a little notice. The WiFi was disappointing. Had to upgrade just to use more than one device. All hotels prior had unlimited WiFi. Even the cheaper ones. The laundry ... read more
