Nothing special Very basic one room suite. Our room smelled like very strong perfume, maybe they were trying to cover up an odor left by someone else...Only enough dishes for 2 and the pot and pan were tiny so it was hard to cook an actual meal in the room. No dish cloth, dish soap, toaster, coffee maker, or sharp knives. I had to ask for extra wash cloths so I could hand wash some dishes and they hesitated and said I could only have 2. There is a dishwasher but it seemed silly to run it for 2 plates. The floor was faux wood... read more

Saugus room No carpet on floor makes a noisy floor Not enough towels

It was nice to have some kitchen ware to make food. I was disappointed that the floor was not swept. I had to clean my feet off before getting into the bed. Or it would leave a bunch of gross dust. Has to clean before putting my socks on and same for putting my shoes on. Other than that every thing was good.

Don't ask for a late check out Check in is at 3:00 p.m. sharp. Don't try and check in any earlier. Check out is at 11:00 a.m. I asked for a late check out (12:00 p.m.) over the phone and they said I was all set. While on a work conference call at 11:30 the front desk rang and asked why I hadn't checked out. Long story short, mix up and they didn't seem to believe I'd been granted a late check out. The maid even cam into the room at 11:45. They don't actually grant late check outs. This is really not the place for a business ... read more

Convenient even without a car as can walk to bus and Mall. Walmart next door for supplies.

Marijuana being smoked in our hallway. We weren’t told by the staff at check in that we needed to bring our towels to the front desk for new ones. Trash bags from other rooms left in the hallway for more than a day. Will not stay here again.
