Better cleaning The room was comfortable but cleanliness wasn’t fully there. The fridge wasn’t cleaned out and emptied, used soap bars in the shower, and the room needed a good dusting.

This is an extended stay place. I probably wouldnt have booked it if I'd known. No hot water until the 4th day (after complaining). Door keys kept locking us out. Parking lot empties into a highway where cars are going way too fast to be able to pull out safely. Lobby coffee machine was broken and the electricity went out for about 10 hours as they waited for someone to come from New Hampshire to fix it. Good But Insufficient Kitchen Equipment Good but could have used cooking equipment large enough to cook food for the number of people permitted to stay in the booked space.

Nice stay, if you’re visiting Boston on a budget The hotel is right off a busy highway which is pretty convenient when you’re driving somewhere. There’s a Walmart right next door that you could walk to which is real nice. The hotel is more like and apartment building because it’s an extended stay. Most folks we encountered actually lived there. As described it’s a no frills hotel, no free breakfast, no daily maid service, no pool or spa. Likes: Kitchenette. Convenient parking. Wal Mart close by. Complimentary coffee in lobby- Available all day. Font desk staff polite & accommodating. Dislikes: Room was hot & musty. Bathroom was dirty. Comforter was dirty. No coffee pot. No ice machine. No signal on TV.

To sum up my review. A local cop struck up a conversation with me and told me straight up, stay as far away from this place as I can. He said spend the extra and stay closer to salem, or boston its a dump, he told me hes there a few times a week for calls & that more than that the place isnt clean and told me make sure you check your bed thouroughly. While our room was fine, i regret not booking a second night in our room in boston. Also when we arrived half the place had no power. Go somewhere else !!

Basic extended stay chain. Reception staff are excellent. Hot water in shower was not constant. Can hear TVs and guest moving in adjacent/above rooms. (Was mentioned on website).
