The lady who checked me in was Rude. Staff over all was rude. At a glance it appeared clean until I checked in and looked more closely. There was crud on the floor around the tub. Floor left my clean white socks disgusting dark brown. Staff doesn’t care. Several permanent residence and they treat everyone like a problem long term resident. Last night there I found a cockroach running across the bathroom floor. I hope I didn’t bring any unwanted guest home with me! I will never stay here again!!
Hotel is in bad condition. Walls are as thin as paper and you could hear everything. Bed and bedding is comical.
The room was very dirty, blood on the bed sheet, the bathroom door and toilet seat was broken as well as the window was broken, missing curtains, flimsy bed we felt like we were going to go right through them.

Cigarette smell extreme Bathroom cigarette smell was extreme. Told front desk and she said "we know" "Couch" was chewed up by animal in multiple areas and housekeeping placed a bath towel over the largest hole

I had a very disappointing experience at Extended Stay America Suites. The room was not clean, had an unpleasant odor, and looked poorly maintained. The staff showed little interest in helping, and the overall service was unprofessional.For the price, I expected much better quality and comfort. I would not recommend this hotel and definitely wouldn’t stay here again.

This place is rated at two stars and boy does it show. There were scuff marks on the counters and missing chunks of leather from the chair. The AC didn’t work and I had to be moved to another room. The next room I was moved into had a television that only displayed in the color, purple and lights, which flickered continuously. I had a truly unreal experience. I’m an avid traveler and have stayed in hostels, hotels etc etc. of many kinds. I’m not super picky, but this really floored me. The conditions at this hotel were abysmal. The staff were unable (unwilling?) to change my room. I paid over $245 and forced to stay in a room in terrible condition. They did issue a refund after I worked with Hotels.com, but it didn’t change how uncomfortable the stay was for my partner and I.
