This was perhaps the worst hotel experience I have had. Check-in took 30 minutes due to a long line and some issue with the software. Our room smelled atrocious. There was pet hair on the floor and garbage from the last guest. The real kicker was when I went to take a shower in the morning the shower was broken. Not a drop of water came out. The front desk staff assured me the manager would call to reimburse our stay but I have heard nothing. Please don’t stay here.

Hôtel was not able to accommodate the reservation and cancelled on us the day of the arrival via texting, leaving us without a hotel to stay. Reservation made via Expedia.

Floors were dirty, the whole place smelled and there was hair from the previous guest on the shower walls.

This hotel is by far a disgrace to stay at. The hotels Stink, and we arrived at 3 to only be told by someone that the room isn’t available to comeback in a hour. We had a wedding at 4:30 to get to, but we had not other choice but to wait. The key cards were not working, omg this hotel is disgusting. The prior reviews were right, the hallways stunk sooooo bad. And there was MOLD on the ceiling of our bathroom. The fridge stunk sooo bad too. Omg. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

Checked in late with one expecting a clean bed and a shower to freshen up after a long day on to find feces on the outside of the toilet, dirty floors (I had to throw my socks away), hairs in between the sheets as though they’ve been used and hadn’t been changed for a while hairs in the bathroom on the sink and the pillows. Absolute junk The entire facility smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke, even though everything was supposed to be non-smoking. There were what appeared to be indigent people standing just outside the door, smoking cigarettes, and dope. Our room was a suite, with a couch that had been destroyed by someone’s animals..
