Not good Not sure why the ratings on this property were better than fair. Photo of dr license taken when checked in w/o my permission. Light in elevator out so dollar store pop light used. Breakfast horrible with all packaged food. Room ok.

The rooms are outdated and need to be painted, furniture is torn apart and scratched up, appliances are outdated, it says there a pool/access to a pool and THERE IS NOT, the elevator is broken so carrying a baby in his stroller was terrible. Had a guest literally feeling up my mom trying to coerce her into his room and told the staff they did nothing about it !

Staff was lovely, but the room was gross. Hair on the floor, the shower was still wet, bed had some stains, had to wipe the toilet down, etc. To add on the TV didn’t work 😭. Surrounding area was great though. Thrift store, mall, and many fast food places nearby.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. If we were not so tired, we would not have stayed. The room had a bad smell, and had poor sanitation. The bathroom door looked like someone put their fist through it and the only chair in the room was horrid. The beds were flimsy also. Will never visit this chain of hotels again.

I want to start out by saying the front desk staff was very professional, kind, and helpful. I have no complaint whatsoever with the check in process or the front desk in general. My concern is that when I went up to my room, I was immediately 'greeted' by the strong smell of marijuana smoke, and the room three doors down from mine was BLASTING loud music which I could hear through the wall. When arriving we were greeted by night staff and checked in. Upon entering the room it is as if someone smoked a carton of cigarettes in the room. When I went to ask for a different room staff noticeably changed demeanor and said that he couldn’t do anything. Could not give us a new room or refund us. Bring your shanks This place is filled with crack heads and mentally unstable people. The place was so dirty we stuck to the floor while walking. No dishes in room, towels are a joke no face cloths apparently thats too much. Right on a turn pike very dangerous to get leave the hotel.

We booked ahead through expedia and were turned away upon arriving because they were over booked. Staff had no idea what to do to try to accommodate or rectify the situation. It was an awful experience after traveling 4 hours to get to this hotel. Extremely disappointed
