The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The quality of the room was less than par.

My room smelled like cigarettes although listed as non smoking

Ok stay at Extended Stay America Suites I did not understand that a stay at the Extended Stay Suites does not include in the room kitchen items such as a coffee pot, or utensils, plates, etc. So that was a bit surprising. There was an odor on day two when we walked into our room that smelled of smoke, and I like an extra blanket for the bed that was not available without calling the front desk. The room was clean, and certainly acceptable.
