Spinal Tap's Review Ok. First off, I must state up front that the service I received at the front counter was great, they promptly moved me to another room at my request... now, to the bad. The hallways reeked of smoke, whether it was a smoking section or not. The beds felt more like trampolines, but with large, hardened coils of steel beneath you. Good location but never again When I pulled up to the hotel, i thought it was closed down. Every window in the entire hotel had plastic over the windows. The desk clerk said they were painting the hotel. When I got to my room there was an odor from the kitchenette. Because the windows were closed with the plastic the rooms could not air out. Every time the AC unit went on it sounded like a motor cycle was in the room. This hotel is off my list.

Dirty! Everything about this hotel is horrible. Dirty, smells bad, bad location, staff are morons, breakfast is non existant. Bad,bad, bad. Will not return.

It was a dump Three of us were scheduled to stay here to attend a training in Southborough. The place was a mess. Potato chips on the sink, couches ripped and patched, tiles cracked and locks busted on the windows. I am not sure who could have ever recommended this hotel. We did not stay here that night. Hotels.com did reimburse me and were very good to deal with. Thanks Trish!!

Bugs Bugs in the room. I believe to be roaches but was told waterbugs. Only stayed one night out of 4. The front desk was Very cooperative and understanding about cutting our stay short. When I looked at the reviews on this hotel they looked good. I don't know what those reviewers were thinking! Thank God I put Frontline on our dog before going! The room was not cleaned well. Hotel definitley needs to be updated! I rate this place a 2 only because the front desk help was so nice.

Extended Stay Deluxe Boston - Westborough In a word: grubby! The staff at the front desk were both lovely, helpful women. They were great. The room - not so much. When I picked up the dishtowel from the counter in the kitchenette, I discovered the towel to be dirty & covering a handful of crumbs. There were no extra linens for the foldout sofa, just an extra blanket that had been washed with some industrial chemical that had turned it from polyester to chicken wire. Extended stay deluxe on computer dr is worst hotel Only good thing about hotel is location and price. While check-in we were treated as if they don't care about you. We booked king room and paid extra for it, but got Queen room as they were sold out on king. Guys, nobody deserve the way they treat customers. stay somewhere else as there are many good hotels around.

Not my favorite hotel The carpets are all coming up. The pots and pans were practically unusable - and we booked here so we could cook. Bed was terrible, neither of us slept much.
