Horrible I checked into the hotel and was not informed that the cable was out. Woke up at 05:00 shivering because it was freezing cold in my room. I tried to call the front desk and couldn’t get thru. Called their headquarters and they said there was nothing they could do. Went up to the front desk and there was no one at the front desk. Couldn’t find anyone anywhere for about an hour. The power was out. No hot water. Nothing! The hotel doesn’t have a generator to keep things running... Incorrect advertising. Overall terrible. - they advertise "free continental breakfast". They do not have it. All they have is some coffee and a couple of nature valley cerial bars. No place to sit down at the coffee cabinet either, not a single chair. I attached a photo of their "breakfast" area. This does not count as "continental breakfast". - one morning the coffee at reception was empty and the rooms do not have coffee makers either - there was never anybody in reception any time I came by during my 3-day stay. scared this was the worst hotel stay ever, I have been traveling for business for 15 years, and I was afraid during my time when I was at the hotel, it was already paid for and I couldn't leave, I didn't have a choice but to stay and when I could check out, was so relieved it was over, I have told as many co-workers about this hotel to never stay at an Extended Stay,

Bad Hotel No recommendations for this hotel. The bad was horrible with a lot noises. Furniture no clean. You can hear everything from other rooms and the people walking in the third floor. 2 nights a dog barking and the hotel didn't nothing. My first bad experience with hotel reservation from Expedia.

Good location, horrible cleanliness :( Although I liked the location of this hotel being close to the highway, the cleanliness of the hotel left much to be desired. The bathroom was especially gross, with several hairs on the shower walls and shower curtain, spider webs in the corners of the bathroom with bugs in them, and dirty drawers near the sink. Smells This used to be a nice hotel, but the carpeting is stained and smelly.
