Breakfast is a joke. Very disappointing.

no one was at the desk when we arrived. took 15 minutes. room was dirty, toilet didn't work right. neighbors slammed doors all hours of night

We were really disappointed with the room. This room was such a disappointment. It was smelly and there was no shampoo etc or even enough towels. Way over priced.
Lot's of Work to be done at this Hotel. Room was filled with SMOKE smell. When I came home it was all in my clothes. I saw a few Cockroaches in the hallway and the people next door to my room had a Dog. I heard the dog running the hallways at night and it continuously barked throughout my stay.
Dissapoonted. Desk manager was stressd out. Room too small. Not enough room to get in on wall side of bed. Postage stamp size bathroom. Would not stay again.I would rate it 2.0 stares.
Disgusting, not worth the price The room had a weird musky smell when I checked in. It was dingy, the carpet had marks on it and I was afraid to walk barefoot, one of the dresser drawers was missing a handle, and there was dirt and dust all over the kitchen. It looked like it hadn't been cleaned in a while. I came home from work the next day and found bugs in the bathroom and kitchen, so I asked to be put in a different room. Most unprofessional front desk Front desk man misguided and misrepresented the hotel as overbooked and sent to another hotel. Completely failed to state must pay charges at other hotel and get reimbursed for fees at originally overbooked hotel. Most unprofessional and sneaky service in over 100 hotel experiences in my life.
the hotel was not clean and very old furniture ( sofa, towels, bed sheets and carpet )
