THE BED WAS SOOO UNCOMFORTABLE AND VERY HARD. Could not get towels or wash rags. The room smelled sour. The bath tub was dirty and had hair in it. Had to get room key reset 2 times in two days!!!
It was an interesting experience. Check in person was great. Was a bit confusing seeing a cat running loose in the hotel. Owner of the cat was a nice lady wearing an ankle bracelet. Walk to the room was a corridor that had a smell that i have yet to pinpoint. Pretty sure it is stuck into my clothing and may never come out. Room was in rough shape with broken items. Someone stopped caring a long time ago.
There was nothing about this property that we found That was Anything close To likable Unfortunately There's.
Sofa bed was never provided with extra sheets. Water in bathtub slow to drain, bed made guest itch, breakfast to go on low budget, it was only fruit bar and cupcake.
Pictures online looked great. However, upon arriving there was a lot of trash in the back parking lot, not to mention an old mattress tossed to the side. Stains on the couch in our room. Last straw was the moaning of a man in the hallway at about 10:15 that night.
The staff are unprofessional and did not provide us the room. My flight got delayed and I reached the hotel at 12PM. They denied us the room and the staff were very arrogant.
We arrived around midnight, and the front desk informed us that the keycard system wasn’t working, so she would have to open the room for us using the master key. However, the room she attempted to open was already occupied, which caused some confusion. The front desk seemed unsure about which room to assign us. We were eventually given a room, but since we were four people—two of whom were supposed to sleep on the pull-out sofa bed—there were no extra pillows or blankets provided. Cancelled reservation without notice Arrived a bit after 9:00pm to discover the hotel had cancelled our reservation because they were completely booked. No email, no text or call. We had been on the road for some time and this was not a welcomed development. The desk staff was kind and courteous and made several calls for arrangements for rooms at another location not far.
