We arrive at our room. No sheets in the sofa bed. We had to go get it . Nothing, I mean, not even one plate in the kitchen. You have to go downstairs to get whatever you need and be lucky they have it. The coffee in the lobby is as bad as it gets; they don't filter properly. The lady who was working that night was doing front desk, housekeeping, washing sheets, and dishes at the same time.

I don’t like this place because it is very dirty, small bad, promises breakfast inclued but have just coffe and tea for to go

Dirty and uncomfortable Carpet needs replacing, floor was filthy. Could not add night easily then when I did I had to do online but stay did not go thru by attendee so was woken up by housekeeping and had to show my receipt almost getting booted from hotel

I am asmatic. The rooms were supposed to be smoke free but had strong smoke odor. Requested a different room which was granted with another one which turned out to be more or less the same. It was made clear there wount be any other room change. The bath tub was terrible had to put a towel to step on as I took a shower. Never again to that chain

Nice staff. Clean bed (surprisingly). The hotel is filthy and run down. Awful odors. Trash in the hallways. Parking lot litter everywhere. No excuse for the conditions.

The room needs repairs and cleaning. The curtain allowed light in all night long. The tub faucet leaked. The walls were cracked. The side of the refrigerated was pitted and not clean. The rug was sticky and needed replacing. Was definately not worth the money.

8 pm parking lot out front full. door from back lot to front desk locked. so had to walk all the way round. then no one at front desk for 10 mins. then she was barely intelligible
