No tv remote, no kitchen equipment (pans, dishes, utensils; toaster, coffee maker). Room smelled smoky. Awkward furniture arrangement-obstructed path from far side of bed to bathroom.

Boston Marathon Trip Stairwells were filthy. Rest of place was average for cleanliness. We had to request the flatware and cooking gear and we only got 2 or less of everything for a family of 4. We didnt have enough pillows for all 4 of us and they didn't have any extras. We stayed here for the Boston Marathon but will not do so again. We will spend a little more money to be in a better equipped, better run and better maintained establishment.

Mold in bathroom, extended stay and switched rooms and the new room wasnt clean and perishables left in cupboards. Laundry machines were broken and front desk was rude. Outside side door keycard access was disabled, even though there are homeless in the parking lot.

very old furniture, not very clean a lot of suspicious people

We ended up not staying there after 2 room mishaps

The lady at the front desk was very nice and friendly but that was the only good thing with this hotel. There are obvious druggies hanging out outside(living here), the room smelt like it had been bug bombed, the pull out couch has mold on it, the room needs a lot of TLC and the outlet for the hair dryer didn't work. They are laying down new flooring in the room so the hallway had a very strong chemical smell.

Don’t stay here!!! I do not recommend staying here! The rooms were dirty, dead bugs smoothed on walls, ant traps in corners and cabinets, the mattress on the pull out couch had no linens and you could feel all the springs ( ended up not using, me and kids all slept in 1 bed) a light randomly turned on in the middle of the night, the outlet was taped to the wall, and the list goes on. There is NO breakfast it’s just coffee/ tea. Just overall not well maintained!
