we arrived and was promptly told that they had no more rooms and that our reservation didn’t matter. we drove 4 hours to this hotel for an early morning surgery. we were left scrambling to find a place and didn’t find one until almost midnight and it put us hours away from the hospital that the surgery was scheduled in. The staff was just like oh well. nothing we can do. They have over sold us. But yet the entire time we were looking the hotel kept coming in search as having rooms available.

The room had multiple holes in the wall that were patched with mud, never painted over & looked terrible. The lobby was filthy with debris everywhere on the carpet. Got 1 small circle of soap for the two of us in our room. Our toilet didn’t flush. Oh and I saw 3 bugs in the bathroom. If I could give it zero stars, I would. I’m so furious I wasted money on this place.

No one at front desk on arrival. Front desk, elevators, corridors were dirty. There was mold in my bathroom. Problem getting tv in room to work. Staff made effort to be accomodating after complaints

Very old, raggedy, and outdated. Bathroom vanity was missing a drawer. Bathroom door was broken luke someone had kicked it. Whole hotel needs remodeling.

Natalia, at the front, kept telling us it would be several hours for a comforter and blankets. The room, as advertised. Was supposed to have a pullout couch for my daughter. Not only was it a regular couch, there were no linens for her. I called at 5 was told it would be hours, then again around 7:45. We gave up. Never got any linens. She also kept he on hold for 15 minutes when I called to try to get connected to my room citing “busy with guests” however I could clearly see the phone just off the hook while she was alone.
