Service minimum, vieux mais correct pour 1 nuit Nous avions 3 oreillers pour 4 personnes et le front desk n’en avait apparemment plus à nous donner… dormir sans oreiller??? pardon?? et le lit canapé des enfants n’était pas fait et n’avait ni drap ni couverture : nous avons du en demander, l’employé nous a donné un grand sac poubelle avec les draps et nous avons du faire le lit nous memes… service minimum!!! La moquetté était dégoûtante (pieds noirs…)

They didn't have a room for me after accepting a reservation!

Sign says “smoke free”. Smells of smoke in lobby and stairwells. Rooms smell musty and of dirty towels/feet. Terrible beds. Thin walls. Could hear the person next door snoring through the walls. Shower didn’t drain.

The toilet in the room did not flush no maintenance available to fix problem, no other room available to switch us to. Room was very dirty! Looked like it had not been cleaned in weeks dirt on the floor stains on floor. The hallways smelled like marinjuanna in non smoking the hallways are extremely dirty. Just not s good place right now maybe if their housekeeping issues get fixed it might be better . However friendly staff

No vacancy Arrived and was told that they had been sold out for over 2 weeks. I don't know why Hotel.com let me book and prepay but fortunately my money was refunded. I arrived late after working 3 hours away from home and just wanted to shower and sleep, instead I had to drive home.

We didn’t get the room we were suppose to have from my reservation. The key cards to the room kept not working. We had to get them fixed multiple times. Also there were dogs barking till almost 2 am one of the nights we stayed. Roaches everywhere on the walls in the bathroom. I had found two roaches on my body.
