Room was clean, staff is always friendly. I did have noise with someone's TV loud late night /early morning. I'll avoid the floor going forward.
Staff- friendly group of people! Some areas could smell better, but there are long term people there with older pets. My room was odor free. Chairs in lobby are comfy while waiting. Parking lot could be better plowed, but that's the people that do that being lazy. More shoveling for safety purposes would be great. At the least near handicapped parking

Room was clean and warm ☺️ Staff is always friendly and helpful! Not really breakfast they have, just a fruit bar and coffee/tea. Queen studio room is great, you can cook if you're staying a few nights, they'll give you everything you need, dishes, pans, tools, etc,. full size fridge, desk w/chair and a table with 2nd chair, then a recliner for watching TV. Bed's okay, need more pillows I think. No lotion included in toiletries😕
Staff was nice. But hotel itself was loud.

Room was ok, staff nice but walls are so thin that you hear everything what's going on next door.

The place need more cleanness. Breakfast needs more improvement and not in front of the entrance of the hotel. Beds are comfortable and a quiet place that I like. Cable has Latino chanels too. Rooms need a total upgrade. Bathroom and floors look that haven't been cleaned.
