Carlos was super awesome. So accommodating and friendly. I was a bit of a Karen about the initial room we got and he without hesitation showed us another and made it happen in minutes... this man needs a raise!

The checkin process is very easy. The bathroom has uniration smells. Appliances are rusty, and carpets are a bib worn out.
