The property was very clean and staff was friendly and helpful. However, in check-in night I had power issues and breaker had to be reset in my room. On final night of my stay I tried to use my room key and it didn’t work. I went to the front desk to report it, the front desk person was friendly and asked for my room number and took the key and fixed it but never asked for ID. Just updated the key card and gave it to me. That made me uncomfortable and I felt unsafe for the rest of my stay. That was unfortunate.

No hairdryer,poor toiletries,no bottle of water,no coffee maker in the room. And breakfast? None. Never ever come back!

The room did feel neglected. The shower head had to be replaced and the bathroom sink stopper had to be added. It was difficult to get hot water to take a shower in the morning. A soiled towel was under the sink when I arrived and part of a blue glove fell out of the bath towel. One could definitely hear the foot traffic from the floor above. The staff did a great job getting the bathroom issues taken care. The bed was comfortable and the desk useful, but I would not recommend ESA to friends.

Walked in to find the bathroom with hair in the tub as well as dried soap from an old bar soap. I go to call the front desk about it, and as I grab the hotel phone, a huge roach comes crawling out behind the phone and up onto the headboard!! I checked out the next morning. Asap. Their answer was: this is an extended stay so some guests stay very long and aren’t so clean. No pest Control?!?! Blaming previous guests? Will never return. Was only in town for a soccer tournament.

Asked for a room away from elevators and was nex to it. Room was a bit worn but the bed was clean and everything was functioning. Bed and bath was clean. Floors throughout was DIRTY, very dirty.
